Get the APK from the official download, verify its version and integrity, then follow the Android installation prompts. Ask your device administrator to handle restrictions on managed devices; do not bypass management policies. For an existing installation, check the app ID and signing compatibility before updating in place. Do not uninstall or clear data first. Preserve necessary records through your site support process, then check source tickets, quantities, settings and receiving after the update.

The minimum installation requirement is Android 5.0 / API 21, primarily on touch tablets or terminals that allow APK installation. Meeting the OS requirement does not guarantee compatibility with every model. Check installation permissions, free storage, touch input, display and store network, then test background receiving. An ordinary TV is not assumed to support installation or touch; verify the terminal and input method separately. No universally tested RAM, free-storage, screen-size or device-list standard is available yet. Windows, macOS and iOS cannot install this APK directly; you can download on a computer and transfer it to Android.

Check the Android version, file integrity, free storage, installation permissions and the signing compatibility of any existing app. Keep the system error message; do not uninstall the existing app to resolve a signing conflict.
