How do I discuss a Kitchen plan?

Choose “Discuss Kitchen” and share your POS name, version and redacted kitchen tickets. We review compatibility first, then confirm screen counts, service scope and a specific quote with you.

How are the discounts calculated?

Kitchen is priced at 50% of its standard price; Business at 40% of its standard price (60% off). Monthly and annual prices each use their own standard price; discounts do not stack. Promotion dates and renewal eligibility are not yet defined.

Is the annual price a monthly equivalent?

No. Annual prices are the full yearly payment: ¥495 per location for Kitchen and ¥796 for the planned Business tier, not monthly equivalents.

When would the trial start?

The planned trial lasts 30 consecutive days per location with one screen, starting at the first successful device activation—not registration. This mechanism is not live; downloading does not start a trial.

What about multiple POS systems or screens?

We first review POS versions, kitchen-print output and sample tickets. Extra screens and special integrations need a separate quote. A screen license does not imply multi-screen order sync or support for every POS.
